Returns policy and terms of trade

For returns for “change of mind”, if you let us know within 7 days of the purchase, we can provide a refund, so long as (a) the product remains in new, unused, and unopened condition, and (b) you cover our reasonable return courier costs.

In the unlikely event that there is an issue or defect with the product, e.g. if it is damaged in transit, we will arrange a return at our cost and give you a full refund. You need to let us know of any issues within 7 days of receiving the goods.

If you are acquiring products in trade, for the purposes of a business, you agree that (a) the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply to your purchase; (b) to the extent permitted by law, the maximum liability of the supplier is the value of the products purchased; and (c) the supplier is not liable for any indirect, consequential or financial loss incurred in relation to the products.
